By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

What the service is

This site provides a set of utilities that run in your browser: token and cost estimation, prompt assembly, text statistics and cleanup, JSON extraction and Markdown conversion. The tools operate on text you provide and do not require registration.

The tools are provided as development and productivity aids. Their output is an estimate or a transformation, not professional advice.

Acceptable use

We may suspend access where these rules are broken.

  • Do not use the service to process material you do not have the right to process.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the service, overload the hosting, or interfere with other users.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent technical limits or use automated requests to scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others.
  • Do not misrepresent the output of these tools as authoritative where a professional judgement is required.

Estimations and accuracy

Token counts and cost figures produced by the token estimator are heuristic estimates. They are not billing statements and should not be relied on as such. Providers change prices and tokenizer behaviour without notice; the model pricing data on this site is reviewed periodically but may lag behind reality.

The JSON extractor and Markdown converter perform mechanical transformations. They do not repair malformed input and do not guarantee that the output is suitable for any particular purpose.

Plans and billing

The tools are free to use. Paid team plans, where available, are billed per seat and may be changed or cancelled from your account. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Because the tools run in your browser, a loaded page generally keeps working even if our hosting is unreachable.

Intellectual property

The site's design, code, documentation and written content are owned by us and protected by applicable law. You retain all rights to the text you process with the tools — we never receive it, so we claim nothing over it.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
